The Senior Management of CONVINUS consists of 2 members, who are also the founders. This shows the flat hierarchy at CONVINUS and supports the short decision ways, which gives us the necessary flexibility and promptness to react and act swiftly towards our client’s needs.

Marco Daugalies
CEO / Managing Partner

Mr. Daugalies gained his international work experience (main focus: international marketing, international HR-Management and international financing), after his economic university studies, in Germany and Switzerland while working in different global companies. He worked inter alia for a Japanese financial group as well as for a leading German financial institution at their headquarters in Frankfurt on the Main.
Further he worked for an international leading investment goods company in Germany and Switzerland, as well as for an international consulting company.
Among many projects, he contributed extensively to the writing of a book entitled “Financial Engineering - Leitfaden für Projektfinanzierung mit nationalen und internationalen Entwicklungsbanken” (Guide for Project Finance with national and international Development Banks).

Friederike V. Ruch

After working in Germany in international tax compliance and planning, Friederike V. Ruch specialized in personal tax planning for internationally mobile Personnel while working with one of the “Big Four” accounting and tax firms in Switzerland. Over more than 10 years she has been advising and assisting companies and individuals engaged in foreign employment and related cross-border taxation. Her today’s main focus is in the linked advising approach of any tax, social security immigration and remuneration issues combined with the optimization of the assignment structuring. She is author of the book “Expatriates-Inpatriates / Handbuch für die Mitarbeiterentsendung” (Expatriates-Inpatriates / a guide to international assignments), the only practical guide published in Switzerland. She is also the editor of the reference material “The Swiss Foreigner Law”. She writes frequent articles relating to expatriation and international assignments for Swiss and foreign publications and is a regular speaker at various seminars and other events.
