Every year we promote a number of public seminar events covering the business issues of international employment and mobility.

  

Public seminars
During these events, selected experts, speakers and the partners of CONVINUS provide HR professionals and managers with up-to-date information on the regulations in force and other selected topics. The seminars cover those areas in which we specialize. One seminar a year is devoted to a human resources topic of special interest.


  Training events for companies  
 


At your request, we can design and conduct training events directly for your company. These are tailor-made and aligned with the needs of your specific company or target audience. Company training is organized as seminars or workshops and is designed for various target groups. Here follow some examples of group profiles:

HR professionals responsible for preparing and supporting international assignments: they will receive a tailor-made training course in managing international personnel;

Employees who will be assigned to foreign posts: they will learn about the practical aspects of living and working in their host country as well as the special requirements in terms of local tax compliance and social insurance;

Persons from abroad (for example from an EU country) employed in Switzerland on local terms: they will learn about the Swiss social insurance system, occupational benefits, taxation and other aspects.
